Key Result Areas:
1. Processing and verifying information related to recruitment, personnel statistics and job analysis;
2. Drafting letters of appointment, promotion and confirmation;
3. Processing staff Identity cards;
4. Assisting in coordinating staff appraisal processes;
5. Assisting in collecting and compiling staff training needs and in compiling the overall training plan;
6. Any other official duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Academic qualifications:
An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Business Administration (Human Resource option) or a closely related field obtained from a recognized University/Institution.
