Reporting To Administrative Assistant
Key, Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Deliver the ambulance safely to the required location
  2. Transport emergency personnel
  3. Transport patients
  4. Assist in moving patients via stretchers
  5. keep the ambulance in good operating conditions
  6. Ensure that the ambulance is well stocked with the first aid and medical supplies
  7. Maintain a driving log
  8. perfom any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
  1. A minimum of Uganda Certificate of Education
  2. Valid driving permit with a minimum class of B1
  3. Driving competence and Proficiency Test & Examination Report from Inspector of Vehicles (IOV)
Experience Three (3) years driving experience.
Skills/Competences
  1. Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
  2. Defensive driving
  3. High sense of humility
  4. Good time Manager
  5. Confidentiality
  6. Knowledge of understanding the high way code
  7. Good track record of driving
Tenure of Appointment one (1) Year contract renewable upon satisfactory perfomance
Age Limit
Renumeration As per the hospital budget
